We're Building the Next Generation of Digital Creators.
Not just teaching children how to use technology — teaching them how to build with it.
Code Cadets helps young people explore coding, robotics and digital technology through engaging, hands-on learning experiences delivered in schools and communities across the UK.
It Started With a Simple Idea. Make real computer science exciting and accessible to every child.
Code Cadets was founded by Jacqueline Kiani after more than 20 years in education and computer science. Having taught computing, developed extracurricular coding clubs and seen first-hand how children respond when technology becomes something they can create with — rather than simply consume — Code Cadets grew from a school club into something much bigger.
Today, our programmes bring coding, robotics and digital learning into schools and communities, giving children opportunities to experiment, build, solve problems and discover where technology can take them.
Classroom Idea
A better way to teach computing — by making it.
First Clubs
Extracurricular coding clubs that children actually wanted to attend.
Code Cadets
A school club became a programme built to scale.
40+ Schools
Trusted by schools across England and Scotland.
Growing Nationwide
Coding, robotics and esports in more schools every term.
Small Ideas. Big Outcomes.
What started as a classroom idea is now a growing network of school partnerships, weekly sessions and young people learning to build with technology.

Technology Should Open Doors. Not Create Barriers.
As technology and AI reshape the world around us, digital skills are becoming foundational. But access to high-quality technology education isn't equal.
We want every child to have the opportunity to understand technology, experiment with it and ultimately learn how to create with it — regardless of background or previous experience.
Explore
Children learn by experimenting, questioning and creating.
Build
Coding and robotics turn abstract concepts into things children can actually make.
Grow
Projects develop confidence, resilience, problem-solving and collaboration alongside technical ability.
We Don't Just Teach Code.
Technical skill is only part of it. Cadets learn how to think, make, collaborate and keep going — the same progression we build into the curriculum, Cadet Hub and rankings.
Creativity
Turning ideas into projects.
Problem Solving
Learning how to break difficult challenges into manageable steps.
Confidence
Seeing something you've built actually work.
Collaboration
Sharing ideas and solving problems together.
Digital Literacy
Understanding the technology shaping the world around us.
Progression
Clear pathways that allow children to keep developing.
Built by Educators. Powered by People Who Love Tech.
Code Cadets is led by people who have taught, built clubs and grown programmes in schools — and who still care about what children actually make.
