More Than Gaming. It's Teamwork, Strategy & Competition.
Code Cadets Esports is a structured extracurricular programme — not unstructured screen time. Students compete in organised leagues, learn to work as a team, and develop the same skills that matter in sport, school and life.
Not Just Playing Games. Learning Through Them.
Every session is built around skills schools actually want pupils to develop — thinking clearly, working together, competing well and using technology with confidence.
Strategic Thinking
Pupils plan, adapt and make decisions under pressure — then see the result of those choices in real time.
Teamwork & Communication
Squads succeed by talking clearly, listening, and supporting each other — not by playing as individuals.
Healthy Competition
Structured leagues and fixtures teach pupils how to compete well — winning, losing and coming back stronger.
Digital Skills
Students use technology confidently, responsibly and as part of a guided programme — not unstructured screen time.
Play. Compete. Climb the Table.
This isn't a one-off tournament day. Students play in a real league with fixtures, points and a live table — so every session has something to play for.

You Don't Need to Build an Esports Programme Yourself.
Code Cadets brings the equipment, software, tutors and competition structure. Your school provides the pupils and a space — we run the rest.
We Provide the Equipment
Consoles, controllers and everything needed to run the sessions — supplied and managed by Code Cadets.
Consoles & Software Included
The games, software and league setup come with the programme. No extra kit for the school to source.
Expert Tutors
Sessions are led by Code Cadets tutors who know how to keep competition structured, fair and engaging.
Structured Sessions
Every week has a purpose — fixtures, team play, review and progression — not open-ended game time.
Offline / Local Competition
Competition happens in school, with pupils in the same room. No online matchmaking. No unmanaged internet play.
Term-Based Competitions
Leagues run across the term, giving pupils a clear season, a live table and a championship to play towards.
The Skills Don't Stop When the Game Ends.
Pupils aren't just getting better at a title. They're practising the behaviours that transfer into the classroom, the playground and every team they'll ever be part of.
Communication
Calling plays, giving feedback and speaking clearly when it actually matters.
Decision-Making
Reading the situation, choosing a response and living with the outcome.
Resilience
Losing a match, resetting, and coming back for the next fixture ready to compete.
Leadership
Captaining a squad, keeping teammates focused and setting the standard for how the team plays.
Problem Solving
Working out why a tactic failed and changing the approach before the next match.
Collaboration
Winning as a unit — sharing roles, covering mistakes and celebrating together.
